"I am a pipeline patrol pilot. I fly a Cessna 172 at 500 feet AGL and 2500 rpm all day, 4 days a week. It usually works out to about 30 hours per week in a very noisy cockpit. When I took this position 5 years ago (my retirement job), I bought a 20-3G. It immediately took away all of the fatigue associated with the high noise environment. What a pleasure it was to communicate with pipeliners on the ground over cell phones without the cumbersome cell set.
In addition to the harsh sound environment, this is Texas. It is hot and humid in summer, and cold in winter. The turbulence at low altitudes starts around 9AM each day and continues until I get enough or I am through for the day. The 20-3G has performed very well in this extreme environment. The customer service I have received from LS has been outstanding - having gone through several sets of ear muffs, one head band (cracked when I hit my head on the ceiling - turbulence), and one complete refurb.
All of the above positives prompted me to trade my beloved 20-3G on a Zulu, and it is amazing how you have taken a great product and made it even better. It is lighter, more efficient ANR, and the Bluetooth is great. In my environment the product is the best, and please don't change anything in customer service.
