"I had a Panther Electronics headset a few years ago (in the ear, molded ear pieces). I really liked the feel of no headset, but was extremely dissatisfied with the poor workmanship and even worse customer service of Panther Electronics. When I found out about the Lightspeed Mach1 I decided to try it. he first version of the ear pieces had problems staying attached to the boom and ear bud assemblies. However Lightspeed stuck with me and now the product is outstanding!
Now that Sensitronics (Lightspeed's partner who produces the highquality ear molds) has redesigned the ear pieces with a shroud that encompasses the mike and ear bud assemblies the headset is GREAT! I couldn't ask for anything more from Lightspeed for their outstanding customer service. Based on my experience with the really superior customer support from Lightspeed with my Mach1 I now plan to buy a Zulu headset as my second 'working headset'. Great products, unmatched customer service, and an unparalleled desire to 'get it right' are a winning combination!"
