"I bought two Lightspeed headsets eight years ago and used them, sat on them, tossed them around and generally gave them pretty rough treatment. After about four years, one of them gave up the ghost (intermittently) and I took these doggy looking headsets in to see if they were rebuildable.

Lightspeed rebuilt them for me while I waited in their lobby...at no cost! I couldn't believe it. Not only that, but three years later it happened again and they rebuilt them again at absolutely no charge.

This year I got two sets of Zulus, which I am treating more kindly, but I know that if something should go amiss with them, Lightspeed will stand behind them.

My wife and I own a small buisness just down the street from the Lightspeed corporate offices and we stay in touch with the Lightspeeders. Whenever there is a customer-service question in our business, my wife will simply say, 'Lightspeed,' and we know how to proceed.

My Zulus are magically quiet and comfortable; they are the standard by which all headsets should be measured, and I am completely satisfied with them. But the true value of my Zulu experience is in the way this company treats its customers. They are an extraordinary company, a wonderful group of people, great neighbors, and friends.

If Lightspeed suddenly started making buggy whips, wimples or hubcaps I'd get some just to stay in touch!"
